Quality and Substitution
The Willow Branch reserve the right to make appropriate substitution with the best flowers available, whilst maintaining the full value of your order. Seasonal conditions and availability can affect the supply and cost of flowers, foliage and containers. Whilst substitution may be necessary the utmost care shall be taken to maintain the overall design of the arrangement.
Our Privacy Policy
Any information given to The Willow Branch is not given or sold to any third party for research or marketing purposes. Information collected from The Willow Branch online mailing list remains confidential. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list. We email you with any important information as it arises. We do not Spam or send email unnecessarily.
Workshop Payment and Cancellation
The Participant may cancel their enrolment in the Workshop at least 7 days prior to the Workshop Commencement Date and receive a full refund of the Workshop Fee.
If the Participant wishes to cancel their enrolment in the Workshop less than 7 days prior to the Workshop Commencement Date they will receive a refund of 50% of the Course Fee.
Delivery Area
The Willow Branch deliver throughout Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula, and South-East Melbourne. If you require delivery outside of these areas, or your delivery suburb does not show up in the online store, please contact us on 03 5625 4111 for a quote. The Willow Branch does not participate in any relay or referral system, we strongly suggest calling a local florist for better value.
Delivery Times
Delivery hours are between 8am and 7pm Monday-Saturday. The Willow Branch offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 12pm AEST Monday-Saturday. The Willow Branch cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. The Willow Branch is open until 2pm on most public holidays and open until 4pm on Sundays. Please check with the store on 03 5625 4111 to secure your delivery should it fall on one of these days.

Re-Delivery
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (If the details provided to us are incorrect or no one is home during our delivery time and there is no safe place to leave the order) a re-delivery fee will apply to the same value as the original delivery fee.
We will always contact you if there is every any problems regarding the delivery of your chosen flowers.
Returns and refunds
Adequate care should be taken upon receiving flowers to ensure they last as long as possible. You can generally expect your flowers to last from 4 -10 days provided they are cared for correctly.
If you have received hand-tied flowers:
1. Stems should be cut by 2cm or more on an angle as soon as you receive the flowers
2. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled with fresh cold water
3. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days
4. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
5. Keep the flowers away from heaters, drafts and air-conditioning
If you have received a boxed design:
1. The flowers will be placed in a container of water and floral foam inside the box, check and re-fill the container with fresh water every 2 days so that the foam may continually drink water and stay moist
2. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
3. Keep the flowers away from heaters, drafts and air-conditioning
If you are not happy with the condition of your flowers upon arrival, or you feel they have not lasted as expected please take a photo and call us on 03 5625 4111 or e-mail catherine@thewillowbranch.com.au. If we agree that they are not up to standard, to the discretion of The Willow Branch, we shall happily replace them with seasonal flowers of your choice to equal value. Alternatively upon showing your receipt a refund of equal value to purchase may be placed on the original card of purchase, or if paid in cash a cash refund may be given. Flowers, plants, giftware and other items sold will not be refunded for change of mind if no fault in the product is noted.
